It's the night of Nov 20 2004. Like every other year since you were twenty something You've been arrested and are currently lying on the air conditioned jail floor in the middle November in Ogemaw county Michigan. Only this night you are in jail You hear a girl on the phone saying i think they're going to kill me, and intermittenly asking other people for help. You look to see that she has bruises on her body. Namely her face but, later come to the conclusion that the bruises on her face must have been some sort of freedom of expression because at no point in time now or ever did any one actually look to see what happened with regard to the bruises on her face.
Are Bruises Relevant in Determining Cause of Death?
You later find out that that woman was dead within a few days of you seeing her. Only the cause of death didn't have anything to do with the bruises or the person she was referring to when she said I think they're going to kill me. Those things were in fact unrelated to her death is what the court tells us. And we know in court in america 1.) innocent until proven guilty is a phrase that is used in the legal system. and 2.) Police officers are allowed to give you legal advice during an arrest.
The one form indicates she was arrested for drinking and driving while im pretty sure there was another similiar court record that said she was arrested during a domestic violence call and also indicates that she had actually had bruises from some kind of altercation at her home, but from what i understand police in this area act as if they are required to lie on official statments. What is obvious to me is that on one line of this court record it claims that she had cancer around her throat. This is written by a judge, no medical professionals, no official doctors diagnosis nothing like that apears to be in any evidence just a judge saying she died of cancer in jail yet, no one in her family had any idea that she had any cancer at all. Furthermore the first time the cancer is mentioned it is claimed to be around her throat however, later in the document it mentions that the cancer that killed her did so by encircling her cervical organs. Which would be on the other side of her body near her reproductive organs.
There you have it. Probably an uninvestigated murder right there. I don't think any one even knows that lady died. Another thing i noticed is that people that are brought up in the "lawsuit" are only mentioned on the part that mentions all parties to the lawsuit. There names aren't actually in any of the statements or summaries of events.
